Young Carers SA

In my current role with Young Carers SA, I support the design, marketing and communications needs of a program working directly with young carers, families, schools, community organisations and sector partners. I develop branded collateral across print and digital platforms, including social media graphics, reels, EDMs, flyers, event materials, presentations, website content, newsletters and stakeholder updates. My work requires clear, accessible and age-appropriate messaging that aligns with brand guidelines while engaging diverse audiences.

I regularly translate staff and stakeholder briefs into effective design and communication outcomes, manage competing priorities, provide progress updates and deliver high-quality materials on time. I also support multimedia content creation, basic video editing, digital storytelling and social media performance monitoring to inform future content.

Working within Carer and Community Support has deepened my understanding of the aged care, disability and broader care sectors, strengthening my ability to create empathetic, inclusive and respectful communications.
